Most of us have heard the saying "breakfast is the most important meal of the day”. 
But WHY?  What’s a good breakfast?  How much?
Here at Handlz we will be providing you a weekly newsletter discussing the many misconceptions inside the health and fitness world and how you can use our experience as a shortcut to your results! 
Our experience as Nutrition and fitness coaches has helped hundreds of people loose thousands of pounds of fat/ gain thousands of pounds of muscle; heres some of our secrets.   

The answer is metabolism: 

Your body needs food for fuel! 
Food to operate and get your body going for the day. 
If you went to sleep at 10pm and woke up at 6 am, that’s over 8 hours of no fuel. 
Your metabolism is on the floor or in “FAT STORAGE MODE”. We should consume a healthy breakfast as soon as possible from waking up to add fuel and get that metabolism rockin and rollin! 
High metabolism means “FAT BURINING MODE”.  When looking at what to eat for breakfast the key is LEAN AND MEAN; aim for lean protein (egg whites or turkey) and complex carbs (whole grains). The goal to keep your body fueled consistently throughout the day to stay healthy and fit!
