Shipping and Refunds

First if you consider return or exchange you probably bought a product from us, which means we owe you a “THANK YOU ”. Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Handlz Gloves Customers !
As such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and a great customer experience . That said here are few things you would want to know :
*We make workout gloves that last if they dont we want to know about it. In case of any manufacture defect we’ll accept an exchange within 21 days of purchase .
*We make these amazing products in small batches and ask our customers to buy with confidence , please look at the size chart or feel free to contact us for questions before placing an order info@handlzgloves.com
*All sales are final , an exchange will be process only if there is a manufacture defect within 21 days of purchase.

All packages are sent via USPS first class mail 2-5 business days.
If you paid for priority or overnight upon checkout we’ll send it within 24-48 hrs after you place your order. Please note that expediting your shipment does not expedite process time .
If you need your item sooner please contact us : info@handlzgloves.com Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours from the time order is palced.

International Shipping Once item is ready and has been shipped please allow for up to 4 weeks for delivery. For International shipments we use USPS first class or DHL. Please Contact us for expedited international shipment options.
All fees, taxes acquired by customer’s country is the customer’s responsibility.
If your package has been returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to pay customs, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. Failure to pay such fee will result in order cancellation, and your payment will not be refunded.

For domestic and international shipments Handlz Gloves will not be responsible if USPS/DHL has lost your package. Please inquire about shipping insurance.
